Continue on your way with Jill and on your way out, just before the bridge, head towards the van.Look under the benches where the zombies came out. When Jill gets back to the subway exit, leave the safe room and kill the three zombies.In the police station, enter the locker room and look up at the cupboard.Go down the stairs further down and climb them up on the other side to reach the garden. In front of the police station, take care of zombie Brad Vickers but do not enter the building.Just in front of the entrance is a piece of furniture. After retrieving the key to the gate in the Gun Shop Kendo, you'll enter a house.Just behind the door when you last use the battery to leave the sewer, turn around and look up, the doll is just above.In the sewer, just before taking the ladder to the room where you'll get the battery, look behind the bars, among the rubbish is a Mr.In the toy store, that you'll unlock with the hook, the doll is hidden with the Mega Man action figures.In the safe room just before you go to get the hook and face the Drain Deimos, look up on the shelf.Inside the Kite Bros Railway, in the room where you'll have to redirect the subway line, look under the desks.In the donuts shop, look next to the microwave.In the pharmacist's safe room, the one in which the Dot Sight is located, look at the high shelves.The first doll will be between two newspaper dispensers. At the very beginning of the adventure, when you meet Carlos and Mikhail in the subway, retrace your steps and go out into the street.
Note that over the course of the adventure, some locations will be made inaccessible due to narrative events. Finding them will allow you to collect a lot of points in order to buy various interesting equipment in the shop. Resident Evil 3, like Resident Evil 2 before, has a few little secrets hidden, like the 20 Mr Charlie bobbles.
